On June 6, 2008, Jamie Spears filed a petition requesting payment for his work as co-conservator during the first month of Britney's temporary conservatorship.

Jamie states that between February 1 & March 3, 2008:

He was with Britney on a near-twenty-four-hour basis [except Super Bowl Sunday]

Britney was still teaching children's dance classes

According to the first year accounting, Jamie's payments for services as co-conservator began on March 13, 2008. His total pay for February 1-December 31, 2008 was $168,790. Additionally, Britney's estate paid for Jamie's legal representation at $1,053,810 (plus legal fees & costs of both co-conservators of $722,673.15).
