Co-conservator sells Britney’s real estate to other co-conservator

On January 13, 2017, Andrew Wallet filed a petition to sell property owned by Britney Spears’s estate to her father, Jamie Spears. Both Andrew Wallet & Jamie Spears are co-conservators of Britney. They argued that because the property owned by Britney's company Bridgemore Timber (an asset of the estate controlled by Jamie Spears & Andrew Wallet) wasn’t gaining value it was only a financial drain due to property taxes. Britney had bought it from Jamie in 2002 and he wanted it back. The co-conservators maintained that ridding the estate of property taxes on this parcel was in the best interest of conservatee Britney Spears.
