Eardley alleges verbal abuse

Source: L.A. District Court

On February 25, 2008, attorney Jon Eardley filed his opposition to the move to keep Britney’s conservatorship case in state court. The document argues for federal jurisdiction in the case and includes a declaration that Eardley had been retained by Britney on February 12, 2008. The declaration refers to “the existence of voice mails, etc., that include verbal abuse of the conservatee, Ms. Spears by her father.”
